01BACKGROUND

Michael Lee has over 20 years of experience in innovation ecosystem design, shaping entrepreneurship policy, education, and youth empowerment across Asia, Europe, and the G20 platform. As Founder of Crebiz Factory, he has architected dozens of international programs and startup accelerators focused on purpose-driven, culturally embedded innovation.

He has served in advisory roles to the G20’s business arm (B20) across seven presidencies, influencing policy on employment, education, and the future of work. Michael also contributes thought leadership through roles with JEUNE (EU), YEGAP (Asia Pacific), and multiple academic and innovation forums worldwide.

He believes that innovation begins not in R&D labs, but in the imagination of young creators — and that building a scalable innovation future requires systems that are inclusive, glocalized, and designed for the next generation of changemakers.
