PRIVACY

This site collects nothing you do not send us.

That is short enough to be worth stating first, and specific enough to be checked. What follows is who holds what, on what basis, for how long, and how to make it stop. Reviewed 7 September 2026.

01WHO HOLDS IT

Bold Group Thailand is a name. The company behind it holds the data.

Bold Group Thailand is the name we trade under. The registered company, and the data controller for this site, is:

Bold KBC Center for Innovation GmbH is an independent company in our network. It does not control data collected here, and nothing on this site is transferred to it.

02WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS

No form, no cookies, no analytics.

There is no form anywhere on this site. Every way of contacting us opens your own mail client or your own phone, so nothing you write reaches us until you send it yourself. We set no cookies and we run no analytics, so we do not know who visited, what you read, or where you came from.

One thing is stored, and we would rather name it than claim four negatives when three are true. If you change the site’s visual direction, your browser remembers the choice in its own local storage so the site looks the same when you return. It holds a display preference and nothing else — no identifier, no history, and it is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

03THE PEOPLE NAMED HERE

Named people appear because they agreed to.

About and the team pages name real people and carry their roles, biographies and photographs. Each of them has agreed to appear. Consent is the basis, and it can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the address above — we will remove the entry and republish without it.

If a page describes your role and the description is out of date, tell us and we will correct it. That is a right, not a favour, and it is listed in section 05.

04IF YOU WRITE TO US

We keep an enquiry for twenty-four months.

When you email or call, we hold what you chose to send: your name, your organization, your contact details, and whatever you wrote. We use it to answer you and to carry on the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

An enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted twenty-four months after we last heard from you. Our decisions take a long time, and so do yours — that is long enough to pick up a conversation a year later, and short enough that we are not holding things indefinitely for no reason.

05YOUR RIGHTS

What you can require of us, and where to go if we fail.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may do any of the following, and you do not need a reason for most of them:

  1. Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
  2. Have it corrected if it is wrong, or completed if it is partial.
  3. Have it deleted, or ask us to stop using it.
  4. Withdraw consent you have given, at any time, without giving a reason.
  5. Object to a use, and receive an answer explaining what we did about it.

Write to [email protected] and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee, which supervises this in Thailand and does not need our permission to hear from you.

06WHAT THIS DOES NOT COVER

This page is about the website. An engagement is governed by its contract.

If we work together, that work may involve personal data belonging to your organization — employees answering an assessment, for instance. None of it is governed by this page. It is governed by the agreement between our two companies, which sets out what is collected, who may see it, and what happens to it afterwards.

We say that here rather than leaving it implied, because a public notice is the wrong instrument for it and reading one as though it covered your employees’ data would be a mistake we caused.
