ABOUT BOLD GROUP

We help organizations change what their current systems say is difficult — or impossible.

Bold Group Thailand is a business-transformation and innovation-management consultancy. We work with leadership teams to uncover critical constraints, redesign the systems behind them, validate the intended value, and build a practical path to implementation.

SCROLL FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE
01WHAT WE BELIEVE

Organizations rarely lack ideas, effort, or technology.

They struggle when the systems connecting strategy, decisions, processes, capabilities, governance, and resources continue to reproduce the present.

That is why Bold Group begins with the result the business needs — not a predetermined solution.

02OUR ROLE

Bold Group sits between strategic ambition and operational change.

The work can address a single high-stakes business problem, or establish the management capability required to create and govern innovation repeatedly. In either case, we help clients:

Make the required business outcome explicit.

See constraints and assumptions that are difficult to recognize from inside.

Connect perspectives across functions and industries.

Design solutions around resources the organization can realistically access.

Validate value and risk before full commitment.

Prepare internal teams and vendors to act.

Build management capability that remains inside the organization.

03INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY

Four contributors, and what each one is accountable for.

These are stated separately so a reader can tell which of them is behind any given claim.

Bold Group Thailand

Owns the client relationship, local context, commercial accountability, project leadership, and the promise made to the organization.

The people accountable

Bold Group Thailand has four founders. They divide the work by depth rather than by rank, and the three engagement-facing specialisms are the three things a transformation has to survive: the system, the people, and the money.

  • Teerasak WongpiyaCo-Founder and Managing Director

The system. Accountable for diagnosis, system architecture and the execution path — innovation capability built to be scalable, auditable and culturally aligned. Voices Bold Group's point of view, challenges executive assumptions, and provides synthesis across strategy, innovation and transformation. The voice of the Bold Group perspective, not the sole source of its authority.

  • Suttisak WongpiyaCo-Founder

The people. Accountable for whether a redesigned system is adopted and owned rather than merely installed: psychological safety, mindset shift and cultural alignment, grounded in coaching and facilitation credentials from the International Association of Coaching Institutes in Germany and the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, and in design-thinking training with Crebiz Factory and Dongguk University in South Korea.

  • Shivaasanee KittichaichupongCo-Founder

The money. Accountable for the interface between an innovation management system and the financial and risk-governance functions that have to sign it off, so that a design survives contact with finance rather than stalling there. Her background is as a chief financial officer inside a listed group.

  • Ralph RettlerCo-Founder; CEO, Bold KBC Center for Innovation, Munich

Two decades designing innovation capability for aerospace, energy, automotive and life-sciences organizations, where the cost of failure sets the design constraint. That work is Bold KBC's, in Europe. What it brings to a Thai engagement is method and pattern, identified as such.

Delivery

Delivery depth across business analysis, innovation design, process transformation, co-design, validation, coaching, and implementation-oriented support — led from here rather than coordinated from elsewhere. A team is assembled for each engagement, and the founders remain accountable for it whoever performs the work.

International partners

Bold Group Thailand is an independent member of a group of firms that call each other international partners. No firm owns another, and each is accountable for its own work. Method that originates with a partner is attributed to its source, and a partner’s own engagements and results stay theirs rather than being presented as ours.

06HOW WE BEHAVE IN THE ROOM

What a leadership team should be able to feel while the work is happening.

Calm enough to listen before diagnosing.

Curious enough to question what everyone assumes is fixed.

Provocative enough to create productive discomfort.

Practical enough to design around real resources.

Rigorous enough to distinguish evidence from aspiration.

Independent enough to leave the client stronger, not dependent.

07INNOVATION AS A MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINE

Innovation becomes strategically meaningful when leadership can govern it.

Bold Group's innovation heritage remains central. Innovation earns its place in a strategy when leadership can govern choices, allocate resources, manage portfolios, learn from evidence, and connect activity to value.

ISO 56001 can strengthen this discipline where relevant. It is an enabling management framework — not the complete identity of Bold Group, and not a substitute for a business outcome.
