01BACKGROUND

Suttisak is a senior advisor specializing in the human dimensions of innovation. With formal training in psychology, behavior change, and creative facilitation, he integrates deep empathy with system thinking to transform innovation from a function into a culture.

He is an Innovation Organization Model (IOM) assessor appointed by Thailand’s National Innovation Agency, and has coached executives and performance teams at SCG We Do and The Able by King Power. His work emphasizes psychological safety, mindset shifts, and cultural alignment — especially critical for sustaining long-term innovation practices.

Suttisak believes that systems succeed not when they are installed, but when they are owned — and that ownership comes from designing with the human experience at the core.
