Shivaasanee combines financial acumen with innovation system strategy to ensure that bold ideas align with business performance and governance expectations. Her experience as Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary within a listed conglomerate informs her distinctive ability to translate innovation architecture into financially accountable systems.

At Bold Group, she designs the interface between innovation management systems and financial/risk governance functions — particularly for financial institutions and regulated enterprises. Her current focus is on helping banks and corporates achieve ISO 56001-readiness without compromising financial integrity.

She believes that innovation is not sustainable unless it is fiscally responsible — and that finance should be an enabler of ambition, not a constraint.
